Techno Webdev provides educational content, cohort facilitation, mentorship blocks, and related materials for C# and .NET learning tracks. Features may evolve; we will note material changes on this page with an updated date. Nothing here constitutes employment, placement, or guaranteed certification beyond stated completion criteria.
You must provide accurate registration details. You may not share access credentials, scrape the site to redistribute materials, interfere with other learners, or attempt to bypass technical controls. We may suspend access for violations after notice when practicable.
Curriculum, exercises, recordings where applicable, and branding remain owned by Techno Webdev or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or internal organizational learning during enrollment. You may not resell materials or remove attribution notices.
We may reference third-party services (cloud providers, repositories). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by vendors.
Services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Japan. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Techno Webdev for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where prohibited by consumer protection statutes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers may have mandatory rights in their place of residence. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith support contact; where mandatory arbitration or courts apply, we will follow applicable procedures in Kagoshima Prefecture unless otherwise required for consumers.
