Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Money-Back Policy applies to paid programs sold directly by Techno Webdev where a fee is listed in JPY on our site or in a signed order form. Third-party resellers may have separate policies.

2. Cooling-off period

Consumers in Japan generally have an eight-day cooling-off period for certain door-to-door or telemarketing contracts under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions; other purchases may follow different statutory rules. Where a fourteen-day goodwill window is advertised for online educational services, it applies only to the extent consistent with your contract and applicable law.

3. Eligibility for refunds

Refund eligibility depends on program type: cohort seats may be partially refundable before materials access; downloadable facilitator kits may become non-refundable after download keys are issued. Corporate workshops follow statements of work.

4. Non-refundable items

Completed mentor blocks, shipped physical add-ons if any, third-party exam vouchers once redeemed, and services fully rendered are non-refundable. Administrative fees disclosed at checkout may be withheld where permitted.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@techno-webdev.digital with your order reference, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with next steps.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days where banking rails allow. Currency conversion differences may apply based on your bank.

7. Cancellations by Techno Webdev

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date. Force majeure events may delay services without constituting a breach; we will offer reasonable alternatives.
