Do you guarantee job placement?

No. We document skills and artifacts; hiring outcomes depend on market timing, interview practice, and individual fit.

Are certificates industry licenses?

They certify completion of our syllabus, not government licensure. Treat them as evidence of structured study, not regulatory approval.

Operations

How fast do mentors respond?

We target two business days for written reviews; live clinics publish calendars each month. Typhoon weeks in Kagoshima may shift timing—we announce delays in cohort channels.

What is excluded from cohort tuition?

Travel, exam vouchers, and dedicated recruiter support are not bundled. Corporate kits may include extras under a separate statement of work.

Billing

Do listed prices include tax?

Displayed JPY amounts follow the quotation you receive; consumption tax treatment depends on your entity type and our invoicing jurisdiction.

Can we mix tracks mid-cohort?

Generally no—scope changes derail mentor staffing. We can schedule a bridge workshop instead of mid-flight reroutes.

Technology

Which .NET versions do you target?

Current LTS unless a corporate cohort freezes on a supported in-house version—documented in the kickoff PDF.

Do you teach front-end frameworks?

Blazor receives a dedicated track; we do not run a full React/Vue curriculum—those belong in partner engagements when scoped.

Privacy & data

Where is learner data stored?

Primarily Japan-region infrastructure where available; subprocessors are listed in Data Protection.

Can we self-host your videos?

Not by default—licensing stays with us. Enterprise statements of work can define offline windows when required.

Limitations

What should we not expect from Techno Webdev?

We are not a recruiting agency, not a certification body for government exams, and not an on-call production support vendor. We teach, document, and review—operations remain yours.
